Arrival / Departure |
You are welcomed on board from 5:00 pm (17:00) on Sunday, after installation in your cabin, Champagne of welcome will be served then we will present you the boat and her crew as well as provide information about the program of the cruise.
The cruise ends on Saturday mornings after the breakfast and before 11:00 am. However it is preferable to keep Saturday morning free because very typical markets and fairs take place and it is an opportunity to buy regional products. |

| Introduction |
Your cabin has a closet and a storage. As space is precious on board, we recommend you not to overload you pointlessly. (Prefer bags to suitcases). |

Clothes and personal effects |
The river cruise is a big moment of relaxation, also foresee casual clothes for the day, slippers and typical shoes moccasins for the life on board and others for outside walks. Take a pull-over for cool mornings and evenings, a raincoat might be useful in case of shower.
Avoid to bring jewels or other valuables on board, it would be very difficult even impossible to get back an object fallen to the water … River Cruises The Gwendoline is not responsible for losses or damages caused in any way to objects and effects belonging to the customers. |

Our regions benefit from a good average of shiny days. The temperatures are very pleasant. In summer the heat can be very strong, do not forget hats and sun creams. We take care of cold drinks!

Entertainments |
Make your stay as pleasant as possible. Why not to personalize your cruise according to your aspiration?
It might happen that landmarks and curiosity sites are not close to the stopovers.
In those particular cases we suggest you to visit at most one site a day.
As a matter of fact 3 visits during the week should be fair enough.
On board the use of the games, the equipments of leisure activities and the cycles are free, do not forget to bring your favorite CD with you.

We regret but we cannot accept our pet friends on board.

| Car Park |
You will leave your vehicle on the base of departure, and will get it back at the end of cruise. Numerous public or private car parks are available close to the railway stations.

Smoker information |
For your safety and security, the boat is equipped with smoke detectors, smoking on board could damage their good functioning.

Rates and Payment |
The only valid rate is the one communicated by River Cruises The Gwendoline.
All the amounts are in Euro for one person VAT included.

| Booking |
The final booking is conditioned by the acceptance of our general conditions of sale and to the acknowledgment of the booking form confirming the availability and by the collection of the deposit. (See our general conditions of sale). |
Insurances |
The passengers customers can take an individual insurance for the risks inherent to this type of cruise with their usual insurer.

Cancellation |
If the customer would be forced to cancel his booking, he has the possibility of finding someone for replacement.
In every case, he must inform us by telephone and confirm by registered letter.
